Another Good Briarwood rental

Overall the property was a typical Briarwood; we've rented several over the last 2 years. The pool was smaller than some others, but met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked - we do most of our own cooking. At first, there were no decent beach chairs or an umbrella; but I sent a note to the management company and they bought new chairs and an umbrella that are great. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Perfect Christmas House

Our family (four of us - little ones are 8 and 5) stayed here at the end of December 2020. It was a perfect house for our Christmas vacation. The pool is great, the hot tub is nice, and the layout of the home is excellent. We also enjoyed playing tennis at the nearby courts. The location is ideal - about 15 minutes to the beaches and Old Naples. The team from CNE Vacations is always responsive. We highly recommend staying in one of their vacation homes.

Our favorite house to stay in. This is our 4th or 5th stay so its obvious how we feel about it. One thing I would like to see changed is the appearance of the outside windows. They are and have always been very dirty. When that bright Florida sun hits them, the dirt really shows and its dirt that has been there for a while. The tarps on the roof were not appealing but hopefully the roof is soon to be repaired.

2018 Summer Stay

This was our 3rd stay at this home since 2014. Kudos on the new furniture, new fixtures and fresh paint. Now it's time to do something about the lanai. My wife and I wanted to see what the rainy season was like in Florida so we picked late August early September for this trip. Since the red tide has a strong showing this year we spent a lot of time at the house. The white frame on the lanai is in desperate need of a good chemical was to remove the algae. We noticed this on our first two trips. The gutters on the house at least the back of the house have weeds growing out of them which may be the reason the water is backing up into the ceiling of the master bedroom, which is very noticeable by the rust decolorization of the freshly painted ceiling. Three limbs/branches from the neighbors tree are all along the roof where it joins the lanai. The down spout by the door to the lanai is missing so when it rained, large amounts of water poured down from the roof. Once this area of the home is attended to, this will be one of the best locations in Briarwood with its full view of the lake and its privacy set-up. None the less we will still rent this home in the future.
We have a trip planned back to Briarwood this winter in a different home. While we were there we ask management if we could see inside of it since it was unoccupied at the time. They were more than accommodating. We highly recommend this area.

Practically perfect!

We stayed in this villa 2 years ago and returned this year to find it much improved with new furniture, blinds and TVs. Lovely peaceful location with a lake view. We loved the hot tub. No real criticism apart from to mention the WiFi is lamentable and from a maintenance point of view, the gutters are still full of storm debris and the down pipes need attention. CNE made the process seamless, as usual.

We really enjoy staying in the Briarwood complex. We have stayed at various properties several times. Great location and all houses have great floor plan. CNE is a great rental company to deal with while renting vacation properties. Suggestions Kitchen supplies and bathroom towels need to be replaced as the age and use is evident.

Lovely home
This newly refurbished property was a home away from home. The kitchen included everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The radio speaker system in every room and the lanai was a nice extra.

Our only gripe was that the pool servicing was not very good as the guy didn't clean the pool one week. Also there was no long handled net for us to remove the bugs from the top of the pool. This is a small issue that would be easy to rectify.
We would happily stay here again and would recommend the property and CNE to friends and family.

A beauitful neighbourhood
Briarwood is a wonderful neighbourhood to relax and enjoy the sunny Naples winter in. With easy bike trails right outside your door and great streets for walking there is no reason to stay inside. The beach is close, as are several great shopping areas.

Excellent holiday
This villa was lovely, the first impression when walking in was of space, comfort and beautiful decor. The property was a little 'tired' in a few small areas, the pool had a couple of missing/ damaged tiles (not a safety risk in any way), and a few of blinds had strings missing (didn't open them anyway), but overall a wonder place and very clearly loved by it's owners, it has a very real 'home from home' feel that has you relaxing from the first. Thank you.

The rental process was simple. Checking in was a breeze. The security officer at the gate was very professional and gave us some local tips. The Briarwood community is gorgeous and within 10 min to the beach, historic downtown and Tin City. We loved the home, it is well maintained. The home was excellent; nice and bright,the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We found all we needed in the house, specially in the kitchen. This year we used the pool a lot more than other times and we all enjoyed. Overall experience was Great. We will rent the same house again.
PS. If this was my home I would fix the front door to make it more attractive (needs to be cleaned), would upgrade the television panels and would add a sound system that could play latest technologies (Ipod,Ipad etc...)

...at 795 Briarwood. Having stayed in this home before, we settled right in and enjoyed the entire month. The home is bright and spacious, and lends itself well to grilling out on the lanai with friends. The pool was just the right temperature. The new stove and microwave were appreciated. We enjoyed watching the osprey who regularly sat at the top of a nearby tree, watching the lake for his lunch.

Perfect home!
This house was perfect for my two friends and me! It is spacious and well laid out. The main living area was airy and light. The desk in the kitchen was a great computer and work space for us, and the kitchen had great working space and a well thought out array of utensils, pans and dishes. .The view from the living room onto the lanai amazing and the lanai overlooks a quiet pond. Great pool and spa. Kim and Nicole were gracious...whenever we called, our requests were filled within the day...sometimes within the hour. It was a truly lovely month for us.

Kim and the CNE team were very helpful in making the arrangements and the house was well appointed and met our expectations as advertised. The one opportunity would be around requiring guests to put out garbage and do the laundry ex. bedding and the last day's towels and dishes. Vacation in Briarwood
This is our second year vacationing in the Briarwood community. We love the location and area as it is so close to a variety of shopping, dining and water adventures and we would go back again. The layout of the house was excellent as we loved the open concept area to the pool. However, the microwave did not seem to work properly, more glasses could of been provided as well as coffee mugs. The unit was not as clean as we would of liked it to have been. Upon our arrival when we picked up one of the throw rugs to move it dirt and sand fell on to the floor and the entrance rug had a dirty stain on it which wasn't too inviting. As well the crevasse to open the bottom stove compartment was littered with food particles and crumbs. Upgrading the appliances would be beneficial as the bottom of the fridge was broken and kept falling off.

We spent a very enjoyable four weeks here made better by the superb weather and the very pleasant surroundings.
CNE were very efficient and helpful throughout the booking process. We did feel that a telephone call or brief visit soon after our arrival would have been appreciated. The property over all was comfortable and generally well equiped. It was however starting to look a little 'tired' in some respects. We did report a power socket in No.2 bathroom not being fixed to the wall but this was not attended to.

Great location for those looking for some family R&R. A beautiful looking home, with a somewhat dated interior in need of renewal. However, the older fixtures, fittings and equipment are probably more typical of Florida than in Europe.

The villa is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including 3 flat screen T.V.'s, wireless internet and BBQ. The villa was clean and well maintained although the decor/appliances were somewhat dated compared to other villas we have stayed at - this was a minor issue. Our 3 year old son loved the pool and hot tub. Kim and Nicole from CNE were very helpful and easy to deal with during the entire process. I would recommend CNE and this property without hesitation.

I stayed at this residence for 7 days and it was WONDERFUL!! Very nice house and the reps were awesome to work with! I will never stay in a hotel again. The online pictures do not do this house justice, it floors you from the second you walk through the front doors and your view is directly out to the pool and across the lake!! We had no problems what so ever and if you have a question call the girls at CNE and they will answer it for you. We will stay again soon!
