Snowbirds for two month 2024

This rental was one of our nicest we’ve had in the ten years we’ve been coming to Naples. I enjoy cooking & it was the first kitchen that was really equipped with good pots, pans & utensils. Furniture was pretty comfortable too. Nicole & Kim address any concern quickly. We appreciated their personal touch.

Newbie To Naples
The briarwood community is beautiful . It’s clean , the people are friendly , it’s close to restaurants, shopping mall, spas, supermarkets , beach etc....
Re: 413 Dundee Court. I had a lovely stay during the month of May . The interior of the house needs some updating and the exterior needs some TLC when it comes to the landscaping . It’s just not up to par when compared tp many other homes in the community l The pool technician comes weekly to check on the pool but I’m assuming due to weathering and not being maintained the pool always has a dirty look to it , which was a HUGE disappointment. Naples is a beautiful part of Florida ! I’ll be back next year but just in a different rental .

The home was beautiful! Location is very convenient to many Naples amenities. Although the kitchen was well stocked, the pots and pans were a little lacking, but as always, the property management company was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue very expeditiously. Great stay!!

Excellent Vacation-Christmas 2021
Everything was well organized and clean. They provided excellent instructions and responded quickly to a few minor requests. We enjoyed the large sliding glass doors in the morning as they open up to completely expose the living room. The pool was heated and very comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the house or the experience. It was great!

nicole and kim with cne vacation rental were great to work with. we arrived on saturday and found everything as advertised. check in was easy . the pool was heated and pool maintenance performed every week. this is a great neighborhood, very quiet and safe. i fished in the lake and caught bass (catch and release) the community pool is great for lap swimming.

A warm feeling house

This house has a very interesting set up in terms of master bedroom and bathroom. The bed and the linen are confortable. The pool set-up is great for all dining occasions (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The furniture in the living room is confortable and the in good taste. As positive suggestions, the matresses in the guest rooms could be upgraded and the pool could be painted. Overall we had a great stay.

we stayed at for 13 Dundee Court the third week in February. We had a great stay. The house was very very clean, had everything that you need for a full week stay, the pool was wonderful! Only negative comments, would be that the bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable. But, other than that, the house was great.

The house is the best one we have rented so far in Naples (9x). The view on to the lake is fantastic. It seems thathe complete house has been lately renovated:no stains on the carpets or walls, nice large 50" TV. Also the furnitures and sofas seem pretty new. Completly new towles (still stickers attached) where provided. On arrival the house was in perfect clean condition (hope we left it in an reasonable shape, too). Only the gas grill needs a little bit of attention during starting it up, but also no problem.
The support from CNE was again perfect. The new app is really sophisticated.
Would be our first choice for the next rental.

Naples is a beautiful city. Our rental house is in a beautiful community and overall the house was lovely.
Comfortable mattresses which are important to us. Most of the comforts of home were supplied. The grill needs work. It is not burning well and needs repair. The sofas in living room are wearing. Although they were not in poor condition, we felt they could use replacing soon. The property was extremely clean but blinds need some slats replaced and there were walls that could use a repaint but nothing major.
Sitting poolside with the view in the back yard was so enjoyable that there were days that we opted to do so rather than go to the beach. Overall, we loved the home and most that accompanied it! Kim and Nicole are very professional and courteous! We would definitely return and are doing so to Briarwood next year.

One week stay

As professional caddies, my friends and I travel extensively with our jobs. It's always nice when we can rent a house instead of always being in hotels. We rented this property for a week and had a wonderful experience. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There are always one or two relatively insignificant issues with rental properties and these were quickly rectified by the management company. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Super holiday!
We had a wonderful holiday and were very pleased with the villa. It was well appointed however, we were slightly surprised to find, on arrival, that the bedding was incredibly crumpled! The dryer wasn't working and although a call was placed at the rental agency, no-one responded during the duration of our stay. These little niggles would not put us off staying here again or using the rental agency, however.

Im glad you enjoyed yourself in the villa and I am very sorry you arrived to wrinkled bed linen, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention as it allows us the information needed to properly train our cleaning staff. It is very possible this was a clue that something was about to go wrong with the dryer. We did receive your message at 5:41pm on Friday April 5, we were at the property on Saturday April 6 to check out the issue. Unfortunately the repairman was unable to get to the property until Wed. April 10, although the dryer was working when he left, he advised us the switch was failing and he would need to return with a new one as soon as the part arrived. I know it seems like a long time, but the repair company was not open over the weekend and only received our message on Monday morning to schedule the repair for Wednesday. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this caused you during your stay and look forward to seeing you again.

Fantastic holiday in NAPLES FLORIDA
Dundee Courts location fab for tennis courts ,biking and running. Property was very child friendly with plenty of equipment in the garage for the beach and pool.
Plenty of useful equipment in house eg coffee maker, blender .
Relaxing view of lakes and even some ducks too.
Would recommend this property esp for children like ours ages 8 and 12 .

Just some troubles ... :
- We can't use then BBQ, not in good state and Kim have seen in the garage the foot broked at the moment of the HurrIcane ...
- problem with the air conditionner , afternoon and night very hot ! The technical come and make the necessary, after good.
- Coralie, afternoon see a Black Snake on the pool, she is afraid and phone at CNE: ansxer ... no problem, it's the friend of the gardener, no dangerous / OK friends from Naples said the same thing ...
_ My wife see enough the snake at the pool beside the flowers, i send water and the snake escape.
- 2 days before our start, I am in the pool, I was dreaming in the water,and my wife see The sake over my head, in agressive posture as a Cobra.
... She scream and the Snake escape. It was very unpleasant and the question: why that agressive posture at 60 centimers of my head. Fortunatly our little daughters don't see the snake any times, and we hope don't take any risks ...
I suggere that you could have a little protection betwween the vegetation and the terrace of the pool ( 60/80 centimeters high ) ... ?

Comfortable, clean and spacious house within a gated and secure community. The Lanai and pool area is private and overlooks a small lake and has sun from morning until evening. In addition within a 5 minute walk are the community tennis courts and 2 larger swimming pools and a small play area for children. Briarwood is well located in that it is near to The I 75 (approx 1.5miles) , 10 mins drive from Old Naples, beeches, golf courses, restaurants and shopping malls.
We would certainly recommend both CNE and this house.

Great house in Naples for a family
We enjoyed 413 Dundee Court very much. A great house with everything needed included great WiFI and entertainment systems. Only thing that we missed was some decent cooking knives and more sun at the pool deck (probably better other times of the year). Briarwood is a great gated community and the pools by the club house were great. As much as Briarwood is a great community and 413 Dundee Ct is a great house we thought that perhaps the distance to the sea and to Naples town was a little bit longer than expected. We recommend 413 Dundee Ct very much for both couples and families. Also the management company were very professional and nice to deal with.

We had a wonderful time in Naples,and loved the Villa at Dundee Court, it was beautifully decorated throughout, very spacious, with good size bedrooms. The master bedroom is very large with a beautiful bath and shower. 10/15 min. from Downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at 413 Dundee Crt. There were five of us so we were grateful that the house is spacious in design. Everything was clean and all equipment fully functional. The children really loved the pool which was clean, got the sun most of the day and there were three bikes in the double garage.
It is located about 10 minutes drive from the center of Naples. I would say that a car is essential if staying here however we would have been quite happy to spend our day enjoying the pool and the relaxing view onto communal gardens and the small lake.
The use of a laptop was a really nice touch.
We had no problems whilst staying at Dundee Ct. but I am sure they would have been resolved quickly if any had arisen.
I have recommended 413 Dundee Court to family and friends and one day we hope to return to sunny Naples and enjoy this house once again.
