This beautiful property is centrally located just few minutes away from Downtown Naples, shops, dining and the beaches. The master bedroom is on the right wing of the house. It is large and very private. The sliding glass doors open wide with direct access to the pool area. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the left wing of the house. There are 5 newer TV's. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. The last bedroom has a full bed. This bedroom can be easily converted to an office or a den. The sliding glass doors open wide and give direct access to the pool area. The convenient floor plan lets you enjoy the relaxing wide lake views from the main areas. The outdoor kitchen with built in electric grill, under counter refrigerator, large outdoor dining and living areas invite you to stay outdoor and enjoy the Floridian weather at its max. This property is very well equipped. You will find everything you need. From linens, bath and beach towels to pots and pans

Enjoyed stay but updates needed.

The neighborhood is great and this is our 2nd rental in Briarwood. We love the amenities provided. 3 Couples shared this house for 2 weeks. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our needs. There are some areas needing updates to this property though. The Master suite door needed repair and that was handled immediately. The bed and linens in that room however need replacing as quests reported noisy, uncomfortable bed, torn pillows and worn sheets and comforters. Guests replaced batteries in the fan controller, scales and living room clock. We made great use of the pool which was warm and comfortable. The patio furniture needs updating. One recliner was torn and unusable, one was broken but repaired upon request and all of the cushions were torn and/or didn’t fit the seating. Grill propane needed refill the first time used. The pool towels need replacing also. The home description was for 2 King, 1Queen and Twin bedrooms but it actually has 1King, 2 Queen and 1 twin. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay but this home could use some updates.

We love the Briarwood development. Very quiet and safe. Pool and patio were wonderful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the master bed squeaked a lot when you got in and out waking my wife.

Nice House in Briarwood
We had a wonderful stay at 1088 Tivoli. The house was spacious. We especially liked the master suite and the pool area. The neighborhood was great for long walks and there were lots of people out and about. Everyone was very friendly.
The house was very clean, but the furniture, decorations, paint colors were dated. They weren't in poor shape, but they were out of date in style and color. The bed sheets were great, but the towels should be replaced as they were thin and worn.
As promised, we had a starter supply of paper goods, soaps and detergent.
Everyone at CNE was fabulous to work with!!! You were all very friendly, helpful and followed through promptly with everything we asked.

Great Rental
This is the fourth house we've rented in Briarwood and it was my favorite. The spa hit 102 quickly and the pool was set to a generous 88 degrees. Everything in the house worked well. We slept well in the bed. It was clean and the setting (being on Tivoli Dr and overlooking a pond with a line of trees beyond) was very nice and relaxing. I thought the price was reasonable for a 4BR. I would rent this house again.

Many thanks to Kim and Nicole for helping us with some of the problems that arose during our two month stay they were very efficient, on the ball and solved the problems. As regards to 1088 Tivoli it is located in a gated community. Central to everything in Naples. The house itself is in good condition, although a few areas are starting to show some elements of time. ( the barbecue, the lounge furniture but he pool, the faucets etc,)

Great Neighbourhood, Great Home.

Since this was our first time renting from CNE, we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of keeping us well informed as to what we had to do prior to our arrival in Naples. There continued communication with directions, what we needed to bring was perfect. This also continued when we were there with communication reminders in regards to garbage removal etc. The home itself was presentable, and outside and pool area was well maintained. Added bonus, were the two bikes in the garage for renters use.

Enjoyed our vacation very much. This rental property was excellent. Thank you for allowing us to rent this property. The rental property, the management and the weather could not have been better. The only thing is the mattresses in the master bedroom and the front queen bedroom could be upgraded. Thank you again. Kim and Nichole were great. Can’t wait to come back next year.

I rented this house in March-April 2022. My children and grandchildren joined me during their Spring breaks. They relly enjoyed the pool and spa and trips to Sanibel, Marco Island and Naples pier. We visited our favorite Naples restaurants and spending time together, The house was very convenient to all of these sites and was well equipped. They acquired new furniture and appliances since I first made my reservation. I hope to rent this house again.

We rented the house for a family girls trip with a couple of birthdays thrown in. The house was airy and open. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to use. Everyone had a great time relaxing at the house.

A summer to remember

I spent two lovely weeks at this beautiful property in Briarwood, Naples. The house is well maintained, very well equipped, with every you need in a home away from home, the pool was delightful, the neighborhood very safe and pleasant. This is my second rental of this property and I hope to come again next year. I highly recommend it.
