This stunning updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in the peaceful, gated community of Briarwood and has perfect exposure allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The house features an open-plan living space that flows out to the covered lanai and pool area, vaulted ceilings, dining area, and a breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with patio doors that open onto the pool area, a walk-in closet, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity, soaking tub and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with g sliding doors that opens onto the pool.
These to bedrooms share the guest bathroom with a tub/shower.
The house features a fantastic pool area with ample outdoor space in a very private setting. The pool lanai area catches the sun throughout the day while the outdoor dining space (by the patio doors) is pleasantly shaded. The veranda also has sun loungers.
The Briarwood has two communal pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball and beach volley courts and recently built children's playground free to use . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has recently been redecorated and is ready for you to make this your home away from home!

Fantastic stay at Terrazzo Lane 1981
During our final phase of our holiday in Florida we decided to cancel our third hotel reservation and opt for a villa with swimming pool instead. We had an excellent experience with Briarwood and CNE Rentals several years earlier when we stayed at Marble Drive. Since that villa was not an option, we chose 1981 Terrazzo Lane instead.
This stay was again flawless. The house and pool were clean, no squeaky beds, the villa was well-stocked, the television and wifi simply worked as advertised, and the rental contract and last minute administrative efforts were dealt with speedily and without hassle. A definite plus of this villa is that it is close to many places we wanted to visit: the beach, supermarkets, the Naples Zoo, the mall, restaurants such as Cracker Barrel and places like Ave Maria.
All in all a switch that again met all our expectations. When visiting Florida in the future, one of the Briarwood CNE Rentals villas will certainly be considered again.

The neighborhood is nice with friendly neighbors. CNE was amazing from start to finish!
The home was convenient to all locations in the Naples area.
Unfortunately I had to experience a few issues with the pool and AC, but Kim (CNE) was on her “A game” with getting them corrected.
The furniture inside and outside was stained and not clean. The bedding was an issue. Pillows were old and had holes in them, comforter was stained and there was no extra sheets to change the beds. So I went out and bought 8 new pillows and two sets of sheets to rectify it for my stay. I also bought a small outside table to replace the one that was there because it was rusted so bad that it had holes in it and it would crumble when you moved it.
Maybe if the homeowner took some of the rental money and invested in it into the house it would be a good place to rent again.

Just like home

My husband and i just spent a month at this lovely home.Everything about it was perfect. The location was perfect - 10 minutes to downtown Naples; 10 minutes to Vanderbilt beach; 25 minutes to Marco Island and 20 minutes to Bonita Springs. The house had everything you could possibly need (including an air fryer, 4 TVs, a spacious pool, great shower and many other features).
The girls at CNE couldn't have been nicer. They responded immediately to our requests and were very proactive. They even provided a detailed booklet with all the information a renter could need. We have rented homes both domestically and internationally and this was the first time such a document was provided. Thanks, girls.
All in all, this was a wonderful trip and we will be renting this house in the future.

A fantastic family holiday

Our experience from start to finish was 5 out of 5 stars with CNE Vacation. The holiday home was as described within the rental information and pictures taken. The hospitality app was easy to use and the property was in a fantastic location. We will be back soon.
