Another Great year in Naples staying on Briarwood

CNE are a great company to rent from (family run business) that care about their Guests & the properties they manage & rent out
Naples is a lovely place to stay safe friendly people great restaurants etc
Briarwood is located just off I75 at junction 105 & is approx 10/15 mins drive from downtown Naples
Good access to golf courses & everything else
To sum up we have stayed in this house twice before + this year & we are booked again for 2025 through CNE
That says it all

Perfect get away from home rental!

This was a great house to rent. It was very clean, livable and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The amenities provided were good. There were plenty of beach towels, bath towels and plates and silverware. The small appliances such as crockpot, coffee maker, blender, etc. were top of the line. The only things we could find that were lacking included serving dishes (casserole dishes etc.) and a few more decent sized beach chairs. There were six chairs available, however only 3 were comfortable for adults. The others were more suited to a child. Despite these things, we would still give this rental 5 stars and hope to be back! The managing company was awesome and responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we had. All in all, a very great experience!

Relaxing Winter Break

We stayed at 1985 Terrazzo Lane over winter break. The house was perfect for our family. The home is in outstanding condition and the decor very new. The master bathroom is spacious. The pool was so relaxing. There are TVs in all rooms including the pool area. The home is an easy ride via car or Uber to all areas of Naples. Our kids used the basketball and tennis courts and had a great time. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook any meal. There was a basketball and pump, beach chairs and some noodles and tubes for floating. The home is equipped with many bath and beach towels. Checkin was extremely easy. The management company was in contact via email and their app the entire week.
We enjoyed a sunset cruise, Manatee watch (we saw many), downtown Naples, Clam Pass Beach, Waterside shops, Brio for lunch at the Waterside Shops, and many restraunts. Everyone agreed it was an excellent break from winter in Wisconsin.
