Our luxury family home is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, (neighbors very friendly) within a gated community. Professionally furnished, the accommodation comprises a king size bed in the master suite, queen in bedroom 2 and in bedroom 3, two twin beds. The living room with a separate formal dining area seats 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast area seating for 4.

Outstanding features of our home is both the main suite and queen 2nd bedrooms and living room, kitchen area have patio doors leading onto the enclosed large patio/pool area, becomes the main living area for homes in Florida and with a totally private aspect is ideal for all meals, with seating for 6. This home does not offer garage access for guests.

Review 430 Dundee February 2026

430 Dundee is a house someone actually lives in and cares well for. It is not simply an investment property with cheap impersonal furnishings put on the rental market to generate revenue. We have rented 25+ properties over the years and this was one of the best. Very well appointed and maintained, conveniently located, spotless and thoughtfully set up to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor areas. Neighbors are friendly. Property management personnel friendly, capable, experienced and helpful. Everyone in our party wants to go back.

Generally we had a great stay at 430 Dundee Ct. Thae property was in a good location, and in good condition. The pool and out side furnishings were good, and general instructions left by owners were helpful.
Home could use an updated microwave oven (underneath light never worked), and access to the garage would be nice.
Otherwise we were happy with the property at that price, and are planning on staying there next year, maybe for 2 months, if it is available.
