This beautiful home is located very near the Briarwood Community Park, making it the perfect location for the avid Tennis or Pickleball player or those with children that want to run off to the park.
The home is furnished with lovely reclining sofa and love seat so you can put your feet up after a long day of exploring Naples. You will enjoy those afternoon BBQ's Poolside or coming inside to its very elegant formal dining area.
This home has been nicely appointed with a King size bed in its master suite, a queen in the guest bedroom and two twin beds in its third bedroom. The living room has a very large 65" Smart TV and the master and queen room have smart tv's with the xfinity stream app.
Wi-Fi and long distance calling are Free to all guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Briarwood
Perfect location, close to everything. Have a few suggestions for the owner. Please supply with beach towels, 6 would be nice. Also 4 beach chairs. I had to purchase mine��. Also upgrade the towels. Kitchen was stocked well except a bit short on glasses. We will be staying here next year and would be happy to see this improvements.

Briarwood again with pleasure

We love staying at Briarwood. We typically rent a house with pool. There is plenty of privacy. Lots of birds. Great central location. Morning walks around the neighborhood are tranquil.

This was about our 8th stay in Briarwood and probably the 5th house we have stayed in.
Cozy house, however, the approach to the front door is dirty and the hardware on the door is old and unkept. The dryer needs to be replaced, takes hours to dry clothes. Several electrical outlets did not work and trying to figure out the pull cord and wall switch to get some of the ceiling fans on was challenging. Only 3 face clothes were provided in the entire residence that sleeps about 6 people. The owners should consider adding a wi-fi printer or at least some writing paper and a few pens as we found none. I understand not wanting guest to waste water, however, the water pressure in the master bath was almost nonexistent. The 2nd bathroom was better.
The automated system to call in guest did not work. when we called the number provided if the system didn't work, no one answered after 10 mins of the system telling us someone would be right with us. Fortunately, the security officer took care of us.
This was the first residence we stayed in that was not a lake view and to be honest, I don't think we truly got comfortable with it. Overall, hard to complain about Briarwood.

Awesome!
This property was immaculate, and the staff was fabulous to work with. This is a must stay property. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, and had lots of supplies to help us with our stay. Being in the gated community was wonderful due to the security staff as well. We definitely can’t wait to go again and use CNE

Great trip
We totally enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and comfortable, especially the master. The kitchen was good, but probably a new toaster to replace the old two slice one should be considered. The pool was great but the sun lounge chairs and cushions were very well used and badly stained. We would definitely stay here again.

Warm and wonderful

Our four week stay at this home was very nice. The neighborhood of Briarwood is convenient to everything. A bit far (30 minutes) from Delnore Wiggins State Park, our favorite beach. The vegetation/flowers/shrubs are beautiful when you walk,run, or bike around Briarwood. The community heated pool, tennis court, pickleball court is just around the corner from this home. We spent many afternoons in the home’s heated pool. It

Kim, part of management team came to the rescue to fix our TVs so we could watchthe Superbowl. There are TVsin each bedroom plus the living room which has comfortable couches. Overall, we would recommend this home.

Perfect vacation in Naples

We had a terrific vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Naples! We loved this house and the Briarwood community. It was conveniently located close to the beaches and the heated pool was great. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed, and Kim and Nicole were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home

The house was very clean and well appointed. We liked the fact that we were able to walk to the community pool. Our dog met a variety of very friendly dogs and the neighbors were nice, too. The landscaping of the whole community was immaculate. If I had to suggest anything, I would monitor the kitchen ceiling lightbulbs. They seem to burn out quickly.

Our family had an amazing time. The home was clean, well equipment and suited our families needs to enjoy the holidays together. The staff at CNE was amazing. I had made a few inquiries about special requests and they surprised it with all of them and more. We couldn’t have been happier. Would definitely recommend. Hope to stay again in the future.

Very relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely property. Quiet secure neighbor hood and the house was very cozy and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the lazy boy furniture, and the private lanai and pool we’re amazing. This community is located very close to shopping, restaurants and lovely Naples itself which we loved. One small recommendation, a kettle and a baking dish or roast pan for the kitchen and update and increase the number of pool towels. Overall thoroughly recommend and would return.

A great place!

We had a great time - the house is updated, clean & well decorated. Felt like we were at home. The community is quiet & beautiful, and very walkable. Everything is within 15-20 minute ride. There were umbrella & 2 beach chairs (we could've left ours home). The kitchen did lack a few minor things - dishrags/sponge, a bottle opener, colander & a teapot would have been nice. All-in-all it is a really great place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
