We were very happy with our stay except for the fourth bedroom which was a double not a queen as described and there were just sheers on the windows so everyone could see in. Also a small thing but there wasn’t any place mats

Very Disappointing 7 day stay 923 Tivoli Ct

Upon arrival we found part of the home without electric (lights not working, pool heat off, a/c not working, etc.) when we called for assistance the office was closed so my husband tried to troubleshoot and found breakers had tripped and was able to reset them except for the pool/hot tub heat. We spent our entire first evening scouring the home manual operating instructions for the hot tub/pool heat to no avail.
The following morning I called the office and they were closed again so I used the emergency number. Kim returned my call and said she and property owners were aware the pool/hot tub heat was not working before we arrived and that she had called for repair. At this point I had no idea that we would spend our entire stay without pool/hot tub heat making it unusable.
I followed up with Kim the next day but the office was closed so I used the emergency number to get an update. When Kim returned my call she informed me to expect that we would not have pool/hot tub heat for our entire stay and that I had interrupted a birthday party. (Wow!)
I find it egregious that we were not told ahead of time the pool/hot tub heat wasn’t working prior to check in. We completely understand things breakdown but this is not the “microwave” it’s the “pool/hot tub use” the main attraction for coming to Florida in the winter time. Everyday counts on vacation with your children. The pool/hot tub was the main attraction for us.
We are disappointed we were not given a chance to book other accommodations PRIOR to check in, when Kim found out from the cleaners that a significant main feature wasn't working and would not be for our entire stay. Now back home and reflecting on our stay the complete lack of empathy or any suggestion of resolution by CNE is quite shocking.
CNE & Owners Please do the right thing by making this very disappointing situation fair for all of us.

Lovely and welcoming
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well kept. The view is even more open and pleasant than the photos depict. The neighborhood and its landscaping is lovely. We especially found the location to be well placed amongst all the things we wanted to do. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get to an attraction. The pool was well heated and a great way to cool down.

Wonderful Stay !!!
Just returned from 10 days in this beautiful home with our family of 5. The house was perfect! Plenty of space for our family, the layout was great, very clean, well equipped, the pool/spa area was amazing and centrally located in a quiet perfectly manicured gated community close to everything you'll need. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we plan to visit again soon.

Outstanding Home, Beautiful Lanai with Breathtaking Pool and Spa

This was our 5th or 6th home rental in Briarwood with CNE. I could not think of a more perfect place to stay for our honeymoon after our wedding in Naples. Upon arrival Kim and Nicole had left flowers, champagne, flowers, and a card to congratulate us on our wedding. So thoughtful and sweet! The home was unbelievably clean, organized and the perfect layout! The 2 large master bedrooms have king beds and their own full bathrooms. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a king in one and a queen in the other and a shared full bath. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with glasses, utensils, cookware and more! The 2 dining tables let everyone eat together. The living room is gorgeous and has an amazing view of the sparkling pool and spa. The house is backed up to a pond with ducks, birds, turtles, and fish. You will enjoy every minute in this beautiful, luxurious home. We plan to return to Naples next year and will definitely rent a CNE vacation Briarwood home! Thank you again for the wedding welcome gift! Nicole and Kim are just wonderful hosts!

Excellent Experience At This Rental

Our 3 generation family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids) spent 10 days at this lovely home. We had rented a house across the street in this same neighborhood the prior year and were excited to have an option to come back. This house is beautiful - lovely new furnishings and lots of extras. It is only 4 miles from Lowdermilk Beach, which is where we spent every morning. And oh how we loved the pool every afternoon. Having EIGHT lounge chairs was a great amenity and there were a variety of pool rafts and things (possibly left by other renters - and now by us too) to make pool time extra fun. All the kitchenware seemed brand new and other than the need for an extra cookie sheet, everything we needed was there. We loved that there was an extra small frig outside for drinks and that we were only 1.5 miles from the nearest Public/Aldi. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet (minus our noisy pool fun with too very excited children) and we definitely recommend this home for other families. The beds were super comfy (though I needed my own pillow :-)) as was the wonderful roomy sofa! Thanks new owners for sharing this lovely place with us.

Amazing stay.

We come to Florida every year for Christmas break and this was our best stay ever. Starting with Kim and Nicole from CNE Rentals that were very helpful and professional. House was beautiful. Spacious. Very clean. Beds very comfortable, everything we needed at home was there and the pool was amazing. From now on that would be my place to rent when I am in Florida. Everyone was just so happy with the stay. Overall our stay was excellent.
